NSBE-SCUP community support extends beyond just pre-college students. NSBE-SCUP looks to support and develop college students into productive members of the corporate and research community. The Collegiate Support Program seeks to encourage students currently pursuing a technical degree to complete their education and to help these students enhance their workplace skills.

A vital part of our organization is to provide a place for professionals to network with each other while providing career development and support. NSBE-SCUP strives to achieve this through professional development using technical certification courses, professional development mixers, and networking events.

NSBE-SCUP recognizes the importance of creating a foundation for math and science achievement before students reach the college level. The Pre-College Initiative (PCI) Program serves as a formal vehicle for Alumni members to work directly with younger students. The primary goals of the PCI program are to encourage the pre-college students to succeed academically, to attend college, and to ultimately enter the field of science and technology.
